can we say that a charged object attracts an uncharged object by first charging it through induction?....explain it​

Answer:

Due to induction, charges opposite to that of the charged body accumulates in some parts of the uncharged object( parts nearer to the charged object ). ... So the objects attract.

I don't think so but the charged object can attract an charged object not an uncharged object as when there is lot of current there then a magnet forms
