not necessarily
as it is a study of different elements or we can say the root of anything . but as most of the chemistry is just a hypothetical scenario and it develops and changes it's perspective every once in a while there are some logics that that we can prove right based on the the hypothesis but some does not fit in those .......
so they are called exceptions
as they say the higher level german , Japanese,swiss scientists also know only3%of the world
