Can we search other users by their name in this app and how to delete someone's answer?

Hi there,
It's quite easy to find someone on this app just go to profile page of yours and in below you will find "message" click on it and there you will find search box above.. Then search user as you wanted to find...
well..Only Mods and Leaders can delete Answers as well questions if they don't find Any mistakes in the answer/questions..Normal user Can't delete Any answers and question..Only they just report a question or Answer.If they won't satisfied with the answers given by a User on this app..
