Not with the naked-eye:
Black holes don’t emit visible light hence their name, therefore can never be observed by just looking at space without any instruments.
They do emit other types of radiation on the EM spectrum, such as the radio source Sagittarius A*, which is thought to house a black hole at the centre of the Milky way.
There are plans to view this source in much greater detail than has ever been done before. Observations from Earth are difficult due to factors such as gas and dust that exist in varying magnitudes between the Earth and the source.
