yes bro , but a software is required for that see computer viruses.

And what is difference between computer virus and microbial virus are give belo

Computer viruses are called viruses because they share some of the traits of biological viruses. A computer virus passes from computer to computer like a biological virus passes from person to person. Unlike a cell, a virus has no way to reproduce by itself. Instead, a biological virus must inject its DNA into a cell.

Answer:

Microscope lagake dekho…

Agar Bio waala dikh jaaye to Computer waala bhi dikhta hi hoga.

You can make out whether your device has been attacked by a virus.

These are the symptoms jab computer ko influenza hota hai.

Unexpected pop-up windows.

Unexpected onscreen ads are a typical sign of a virus infection.

Slow start up and slow performance.

Suspicious hard drive activity.

Lack of storage space.

Missing files.

Crashes and error messages.

  • Computer viruses are man-made, while biological viruses are (mostly if not completely) natural.

  • Biological viruses have little range to spread, as they have to come in physical contact with their potential host to infect.

  • Computer viruses cannot affect living things, while a biological virus can. Computer viruses infect computers while biological viruses infect living organisms.

  • Computer viruses are formed with pieces of digital data while biological viruses are formed with cells, atoms, and other things which I don’t know.

  • Computer viruses use the internet, local connections, and external storage media to transfer themselves while biological viruses use the air and liquids.
