Question:

Can we see light if yes or not why?

Answer:

We can't see light rays directly. We can see it when it falls on an object and gets reflected and gets dispersed.

The direct light rays can't enter through our retina so, we can't see it. When light falls on any surface then it gets scattered then we can see light. When the light ray gets scatterd then it gets divided into more thin rays and a little part of that scattered light is able to pass through our retina so we can see the light. Even for an object, the object emits ligh to our retina so we can see the object or a similar image of that object is formed by the scatterd light ray an we can see it but, not the object directly.
