Can we see living cells under the microscope? If so, how? Will their structure be

FOR THAT YOU NEED A SLIDE FOR EX. TAKE ONION PEEL ,ADJUST THR SPECIMEN AND OBSERVE YOU WILL SEE SMALL BLOCKS, COMPARTMENTS.. THERE STRUCTURE WILL BE DIFFERENT FROM DEAD CELLS
