No, we cannot see microorganisms such as bacteria, viruses, protozoa, etc, with our naked eyes because they are very very small. As the name says 'Micro' means extremely small and 'Microorganisms' means organisms that are very small.

So How can we see them?

There is a device called 'Microscope' made of some lenses and curved glasses placed at appropriate positions, so that we can see microorganisms.

Some microorganisms are very very small that even we cannot see them with Microscopes (some viruses like Bacteriophage), so we have another device called 'Electron Microscope'.
