Can we split the colours of the spectrum of white light further by using another similar
prism? If no, what will happen? Explain with a neat diagram.

No it can't be done for sure.

Explanation:

As, Dispersion is the phenomenon of splitting of white light into its seven component colours (VIBGYOR) on passing through a glass prism.

EXPLANATION-:

In the pic attached below you can see that at start the white beam is heading towards the Prism 1 then it refracts and splits into seven colour beams then after the white beam again forms at the end of the Prism 2.
