can we study music at the age of 20 and can be a professional singer within 2 years ?
can I make vibratos and highnotes easier in that case?

professional in 2 years is not possible ....... my mom has a phd is music(carnatic)  and took her 4-5 years ..... minimum 5 years is required that too if u work really really hard or have a born talent in it......... rest depends on the type of music u want to specialise in ....... "can i make...in that case?" DEPENDS.
