There are several ways to “trap” a beam of light — usually with mirrors, other reflective surfaces, or high-tech materials such as photonic crystals. But now researchers at MIT have discovered a new method totrap light that could find a wide variety of applications.

Light trapping is serious issue for humans but regular for plants.
Plants consist chlorophyll which trap sunlight and use it for future food processes.
Trapping of light is function of chlorophyll.
But we are unable to do so with scientific equipment.
But research is going on
However photonic crystals are discovered but they are not gaining much success
