We do not use Black pen in the CBSE 10th Board Exams 2019 for answering the questions. The students who are appearing for the CBSE 10th Board exams 2019 can write the answers only by using the blue coloured pen.

In any instance, if students want to utilize the black pen for bolding or highlighting the points in answer or simply for writing headlines or titles, then it is allowed.
