can we use boiling water for electrolysis​

Hiii Mate.....

No , . with electrolysis the electrical energy applied to a water causes the liquid H2O to split up into gaseous H2 and gaseous O2 . One gas forms at the positive electrode while other forms and negative electrode. This is because of the bubbles that you can see in it . It is a chemical reaction. With boiling the thermal energy added to the water causes the liquid H2O turn into vapour H2O or steam which also causes Bubbles however there is no chemical change happening the water and water stays as it is
