no colours if u want to attractive the shading it with pencil onwards......

In board exams students generally don't have that much time to use colors in making their paper look more attractive.
Although their is no such rule or regulation laid out that you cannot use colors to enhance your presentation, but everyone will recommend you not to waste your time on coloring. Instead focus more on the writing section and even then if you want to use colors then no problem.
No one will cut your marks for that but also you won't get any extra marks for that. You can use pencil to highlight the area which you need examiner to notice. Pencil shading will do the work for you.
