no, u need to use a magnet to seperate iron then filter the remaining solution then go for evaporation

no
1.magnetic separation
2.sedimentation, decantation
3.distillation

imgrer44: A student
SanchariRoy: talented
learn5: if u will first go for sedimentation then u will seperate water from mixture then how will u further carry out evaporation without water
learn5: got it
learn5: was it helpful
learn5: ??
imgrer44: Taking that we have mixed all the constituents well, salt should get dissolved in water and salt should get involved in the intermolecular spaces when sedimentated. Sand and iron filings will then be separated by magnet.
learn5: but for further seperation u again need to add water for seperation of salt and water.then what was the use of removing water
imgrer44: What further separation?
learn5: means u need to seperate salt ,sand
