NO, WATERCOLOR PAINTS NEED WATER TO GIVE THE LIGHT TONE EFFECT WHICH CAN ONLY BE TOLERATED BY A THICK WATERCOLOR PAPER UNLIKE A NORMAL PAPER WHICH WILL BE DRENCHED WITHIN A DROP

I always use them at my time..... With brush they make our painting real... I love to use.. Them...... Different types of colour and different types of ideas makes a good scenery..... I am not so good painter... But for me... I thought best....
