Zero can be represented as p/q in the form of 0/1, 0/2, 0/3, 0/4..and so on

Q = {x|x= p/q, p, q∈ Z and q ≠ 0 }
so,
0 is a rational number , because 0 = 0/1 , 0 ∈ Z 1 ∈ Z and 1 ≠ 0
