Can we write √9+4 as √9+√4? Justify?

For the first answer will be 3+4=7 but for second the answer will be 3+2=5 which r totally different...

No you can not write because the value of root 9 is 3 and root 4 is 2

So as root 9 is 3
3+4=7
And root9 is 3 and root 4 is2
3+2 =5

7 is not equal to 5
