The wings of bat and butterfly are not homologous organs as they do not have same orgin and basic structure. Homologous organs are those organs which are similar in appearance, performs same function but do not have a common ancestor.

Most definitely not the wing of a butterfly and the wing of a bat can not be considered homologous organs because they both perform the same function of flying but their origin and structure is not similar.
