Answer:

Q 10 14,21,35

Q 11: 16 and 24

Step-by-step explanation:

Q-10 The numbers are in ratio 2:3:5

Let the numbers are 2x,3x and 5x

Sum of cubes

=(2x)³+(3x)³+(5x)³=54880( given)

8x³+27x³+125x³=54880

160x³=54880

x³=54880/160=343

x³=7³so x=7

Thus the no are: 2*7,3*7 and 5*7

or 14,21,35

****************************************

Q 11 two numbers are in the ratio 2:3 then

Let the numbers are 2x and 3x

Now difference of cube

=(3x)³-(2x)³=9728

27x³-8x³=9728

19x³=9728

x³=9728/19=512

so x=8³

x=8

Thus the numbers are : 2x and 3x

or 2*8 and 3*8

or 16 and 24

Answer:

10.  Let the numbers be 2x,3x,5x.

given  (2x)³+(3x)³+(5x)³=54,880

      8x³+27x³+125x³=54880

    160x³=54880

       x³=343

        x=7

hence the numbers are   14,21,35

11.       Let the numbers are2x,3x

              (3x)³-(2x)³=9728

                27x³-8x³=9728

                  19x³=9728

                          x³=512

                            x=8

hence the numbers are   16 , 24
