Polio drop is a vaccination given to small children usually till the age of six years to prevent the disease of polio in them.
Any vaccination contains either weakened or dead microorganisms which are injected in the body of a human or are given orally. Then our body creates antibodies against the microbes. These weakened or dead microbes cannot harm our body. So this way we get immunity also.
In the case of polio drop vaccination also dead microbes of polio are made to enter inside the body of a kid so that the body creates resistance against strong microbes of polio if they enter, by making antibodies against them.
