Yo!

Here's the answer!

Can you come around to our place on Saturday to BABYSIT Carl for us,please? We would like to go to the cinema that evening.

If you use "Care",that would be too informal. "Take up"will sound grammatically incorrect. "Look for" can't be used,as it will sound as,if a person is looking for some non-living thing.

"Baby-sit" is the correct answer. People babysit children, like for exmaple-being their nanny or something, when their parents have gone out.

Hope that this helps you!
