This is actually a very interesting question and no doubt it does confuse a lot of people. To answer this, we need to first understand what makes a tissue and what an egg is.A group of cells co-joined together build into tissues which are in turn organs which carry out specific functions. Eggs, technically are cells but a cluster of eggs together does not build into tissues and organs, due to the egg's certain characteristics
