“I love cooking and I think I’m really good at it. None of my friends cook. I don’t know why, it isn’t difficult and its great fun!” ---- (Tom)

It is said today things are different and she is very happy because the things have changed for the better.
- In the past, we don't see Tom helping his mum in the house but now, he helps her in the house.
- He has learnt cooking with which he started from chips or pizza and egg, how he had cooked vegetable soup.
- Not many people think cooking is also a basic skill just like all the others.
- Tom tells learning to cook is equally important as learning math and english.
- His 5:30 - 6:30 time on the weekdays, learning something different is what makes him different from rest or his friends or everyone else.
- He is making things easy for his mum and she is very happy.
Hence, we can say today things were different and she is very happy because the things have changed for the better.
