can you covert ice into vapours at room temperature? if yes how?

No we cannot convert ice into vapours at room temperature since that temperature is not sufficient to sublimate ice into vapour since the B.P is also higher than room temperature of water .But we can convert Dry ice into vapour at room temperature as it sublimates at that temperature.
