Just sum up all the letter and see the last letter of the the spelling.

  2  2   2   2   =   Eight       =   T (Last letter) 
 3  3   3   3   =   Twelve    =   E (Last letter)
  4  4   4   4   =   Sixteen   =   N (Last letter) 
 Then answer will be :)
5  5   5   5    =   Twenty   =   Y (Last Letter)  is the ans.
