DNA to RNA formation is transcription and RNA to RNA formation is translation.
in transcription RNA pol. enzyme used and in eukaryotes that pol. are three types which are synthesis the different RNA ie. RNA l -r- RNA,
RNA ll m RNA, RNA lll t RNA.
cistron is which segment that are transcribed.

translation is completed in some following step.
l. initiation of polypeptide.
ll. elongation
lll. termination.
