can you describe the motion of a ceiling fan when you switch it on and switch it on and switch it off? how about the motion of the blades of a fan with respect to each other?​

Answer:

When we switch on the ceiling fan it moves in a circular path about a fixed axis which is called rotatory motion.when we switch off the fan it tries to move in the same path ,after some time it comes to rest position. This is called inertia due to motion in which it opposes to be in rest. And the the blades of the fan will be in uniform motion with respect to each other.
