Can you different between simple cell and dry cell not wet cell?!

A dry cell is the one in which the electrolyte is solid enough to hold its shape and it will not drip out if cell is left upside down .

A simple cell is a cell that responds primarily to the oriented edges and gratings . the cells were discovered by Tortsen Weisel and David Hubel in late 1950s.
