Rather than give you a yes or no answer to this question I would just like to say that a lot of the food that we eat isn’t digested completely. How well the food is digested probably has a lot to do with how much you chew it and how many other foods you eat with it. The body can only secrete so many enzymes and acids and since foods require different acids and enzymes sometimes an overwhelmed stomach has no choice but to push something through and digested because the person is eating fruits and vegetables at the same time which take completely different enzymes and acids to digest which can cause discomfort and poor digestion.
