what's a saturated solution??

A saturated solution is one which cannot contain any more dissolved solute. That is, you cannot dissolve the solute anymore, once it (the solution) has reached it's saturation point.

So, according to your question, you cannot dissolve sugar in a saturated solution of sugar in water at a particular temperature. The thing which can be done is that, adding sugar to the saturated solution will make the excess sugar to sink at the bottom, as the excess sugar cannot be dissolved.
