Can you distinguish a procaryote and eucaryote in stained specimen?

prokayote won't have well defined nucleus as well as other membrane bound organelles like mitochondria etc. which will be clearly visible in eukaryotes

Prokaryotic cells do not have well defined nucleus but Eukaryotic cell have well defined nucleus
