(b) 16/28 = 4/7

 \frac{10}{15} = \frac{(2 \times 5)}{(3 \times 5)} = \frac{2}{3} \\ \frac{16}{28} = \frac{( 4\times 4)}{(4 \times 7)} = \frac{4}{7} \\ \frac{35}{63} = \frac{(7 \times 5)}{(7 \times 9)} = \frac{5}{9}
