No we can't because when we  add 3 and 4 the answer is 7. It is possible to make a triangle if the sum of smaller sides is greater than the third side.

So, the Δ can't be made.

Answer:

Just remember a rule. -sum of measure of any two sides of a triangle should exceed the length of the third side or else the triangle is not possible.

Step-by-step explanation:

4cm + 3cm = 7cm which is smaller than third side which is of 10cm.

Hence the triangle is not possible.

hope this helps.

Have a great day.
