Plank states the theory of Quantum in which it was told that elec.while moving from one orbt to another emits energy in quantum.which is equal to E=hv Where h=plank's constant=6.62×10^-27j/s And vis frequency

The Planck constant (denoted h, also calledPlanck's constant) is a physical constant that is the quantum of action, central in quantum mechanics.
The Planck constant has dimensions of physical action; these are the same as those of angular momentum, i.e., energy multiplied by time, or momentum multiplied by distance.
