CAN YOU EXPLAIN ME ABOUT THE EARLY HUMAN LIFE FROM TREE TO CAVES

It is believed that human beings have evolved from apes .so basically apes have their habitat as trees and that is why it is said early human life came from trees and after man evolved he observed the fury of earths natural disasters this made him to find a shelter after his exploration he found out caves to be a better place and settled in it and that is why it is said that human life came from trees to caves I.e, from apes to men
