Two ways in which advertising affects issues of equality in a democracy:
(i) It only focus on the lives of the rich and famous and forget about the issues of poverty, discrimination and dignity.
(ii) Advertising tends to promote a certain lack of respect for the poor as in a democracy, all people are equal and should be able to lead a life of dignity

advertising affect the issue of equality in democracy. when company advertise some products then rich people start using that new brand and product and poor people feel some demoralise among them.

they feel that they are low level people . so it affect this problem ...

but my suggestion is that it wouldn't anything don't get demoralise your self among them because whatever you are using is best products...
