The Honest Woodcutter

There was a woodcutter. One day he was chopping down a tree at the river bank and suddenly hia axe fell down in the river. He couldn't swim so he was unhappy and wept.

Seeing him unhappy and wept suddenly God Of Forest appeared. He dived in the river and came out with an axe of gold and gave it to the woodcutter. The woodcutter said that "This axe is not mine". Then the God Of Forest dived again and came out with a silver axe. The woodcutter again replied "This axe is not mine". Then the God Of Forest dived again and came out with the Woodcutter's axe. The woodcutter became happy and said "This is my axe". The God Of Forest saw that the woodcutter was truly honest and he was impressed with his honesty. Then he rewarded all three axes to the woodcutter..
