Can you guess the reason why sun doesnot appear red during noon hours?

since the sun begins to move away from the horizon the no of light rays decreases and therefore the light rays deflected are not red at noon

there is seven colours in light and fastest colour of light is red and slowest colour is violet. when sun rising than red colour appear first after that when sun comes upon the earth than all colours are present at that time so we can't see red during noon.
