can you heat water in paper vessel.how is it possible?

when we start heating a paper cup containing water the heat supplied to the paper cup is sent to the the water and reaches the boiling point of water. As the heat supplied to paper cup is not able to reach the ignition point of paper cup and the cup will not burn.And thus we can heat water in a paper vessel or cup

2. so, in the presence of water, the ignition temperature of the paper is not reached. Hence it doesn't burn.

3. we can even boil water ( say, 50 ml ) if we take it in a small paper cup and heat with a candle.
