Hey mate..!! I can't give the exact answer of your question as I don't know all of your subjects but I can tell that how can you make your timetable perfectly:

First of all, notedown your current activities, like your tusion, school/college, playing games, etc.

Secondly, allocate your time or divide your time. For example, (I will play games for only 30 minutes, then I will study science).

And lastly, keep your timetable in your study room...To always keep in mind that you have to maintain it....
