These are the two parts of a flower which undergoes sexual reproduction:
- Carpel (female reproductive part)
- Stamen (male reproductive part)
Carpel is a leaf like structure that contains the innermost whorl of a plant this is where pollen grains land.
Stamen consists of long filament and anther at the top of it in which pollen grains are produced. These pollen grains once ripe move to the female reproductive part to under sexual reproduction.
