no we cannot place copper sulphate in an iron vessel because iron is more reactive than copper and will displace it from its solution. therefore, destroying ur iron vessel

We should not store copper sulphate in an “iron vessel”.
This is because iron is ‘more reactive’ than copper with sulphate and hence when we store ‘copper sulphate’ in an ‘iron vessel iron’ combines with sulphate leaving behind copper. This changes the entire chemical composition of the solution stored and the container containing it.
This is not what we want, hence it is better to store copper sulphate in glass and stainless steel containers to retain its chemical composition.
