Then the amount of 80% solution will be 100-x.
Given that 50% of x + 80% of (100-x) = 68% * 100
0.5 * x + 0.8(100-x) = 0.68 * 100
0.5x + 80 - 0.8x = 68
-0.3x = -12
x = 40.
We got 50% solution = 40 ml.
Then the 80% solution = 100 - 40 = 60 ml.
