We know,

 \alpha  +  \beta  =  \frac{ - b}{a}  \\  \alpha  \beta  =  \frac{c}{a}

A.T.Q., we need to find

 \frac{1}{ \alpha }  +  \frac{1}{ \beta }  \\  =  \frac{ \alpha  +  \beta  }{ \alpha  \beta }  \\  =  \frac{ \frac{ - b}{a} }{ \frac{c}{a} }  \\  =  \frac{ - b}{c}

Putting in the values of b and c, we get

 =   \frac{ - ( -7)}{5}  \\  =  \frac{7}{5}
