can you please explain me positive and negative charges in a simple language

positive integers are more than 0 with sign of + infront of them +2 or 2. Negative integer are less than 0 with - sign like -4

Positive and negative charges. Objects can be positively charged, negatively charged or neutral (nocharge). A substance that gains electrons becomes negatively charged, while a substance that loses electrons becomes positively charged.
