can you please explain the activity that Fungi grows on bread

fungi is a bacteria which does not have a definite shape and has volume and usually u will see on that things which are kept in the atmosphere of oxygen. first keep the bread undisturbed in oxygen atmosphere for 2-3 days and then u can see fungi
