Explanation:

A Uniform Resource Locator (URL), colloquially termed a web address, is a reference to a web resource that specifies its location on a computer network and a mechanism for retrieving it. A URL is a specific type of Uniform Resource Identifier (URI), although many people use the two terms interchangeably.

. Short for long play, LP is commonly used to describe a 12-inch long play vinyl record album. Records and record players pre-dated tapes and tape players, which pre-date CD players. The picture is an example of an LP.

Answer:

URL - It stands for Uniform Resource Locator and is used to open a website or webpage. We can enter the URL of any website in the search box to directly access the website.

For eg :- http://google.com is the URL for Google.

IP address :- It stands for Internet Protocol Address. It consists of digits from 0 to 255 and is seperated by periods. It is of 4 byte and consists of 4 sets of number. IP address can also be utilised to access a website/webpage. The computer converts our inserted language into machine language. But IP addresses are not easy to remember.

eg :- 206.78.1.9 is an example of IP address.

Hope it helps
