Answer:

x+y=5. (i)

2x-3y= -5. (ii)

a-b=3. (iii)

a+b= -1. (iv)

now by adding equation (iii) and (iv)

2a= 2

A= 1

putting a= 1 in equation (iii)

1-b= 3

b= 1-3

B= -2

now multiplying equation (i) with 2 and subtracting irlt with equation (ii) we get

5y= 15

Y= 3

by putting value of y in equation (i) we get

x+3= 5

X= 2
