ans 1= given function is f(t)=8t+t^3

so at 2 secs

f(2)=8(2)+(2)^3

gives 16+8=24 cms/s

ans 2= initial velocity means at time =0

so

f(0)=0 cms/s

ans 3= we know that acceleration is known as rate of change of velocity

a=v/t

so acceleration at 2 secs will be

velocity at 2 secs/2 secs

from ans 1 we found that velocity  at 2 secs is 24 cms/sec

so acceleration=24/2=12 cms/s^2

hope this helps

8t +  {t}^{3}   \\ i) \: velocity \: at \: time \: t = 2 \\ = 8 + 3 {t}^{2}  \\   = 8 + 3{(2)}^{2}  \\  = 8 + 3(4) \\  = 8 + 12 \\  v= 20  \\ iii)accelaration \: at \: t = 2 \: sec \\ v = 8 + 3 {t}^{2}  \\ a = 6t \\ a = 12 \\ ii)intial \: velocity \: must \: be \: 0
